Town of Aurora’s assessor, Action Appraisers & Consultants Inc., shall be available via telephone for “Open Book Review” to specifically address the concerns of Aurora taxpayers:
Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
This is the time when you may ask questions or voice objection to the assessed value of your property, the basis upon which your taxes are charged.
Call the offices of Action Appraisers & Consultants Inc. during the scheduled Open Book review, if possible. Otherwise, you may call the assessor any time after receiving your assessment notice through May 6, 2024, during their regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Objections should be brought at least three business days prior to Board of Review to conduct your Open Book meeting. Board of Review is scheduled on May 9, 2024, at the Aurora Town Hall, W2319 State Rd 21, from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
