2^nd Installment of 2024 Property Tax Payment

Please mail your 2^nd installment of your 2024 Property Tax payment to the Waushara County Treasurer by July 31, 2025.  The County office has a new address:

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or returned mail. If you have mailed your payment to the Waushara County Treasurer using their old “P.O. Box address” and it has been returned to you as undeliverable, please bring your payment in the original envelope with the yellow “Return to Sender” sticker to the clerk at the Aurora Town Hall. Call Ann at 920-229-5583 to schedule a meeting. If you mailed your original payment on time, we can try to prevent any late penalty charges.

Do You Have Questions Or Concerns About Your Real Estate Taxes? 

Town of Aurora’s assessor, Action Appraisers & Consultants Inc., shall be available in person for “Open Book Review” to specifically address the concerns of Aurora taxpayers:

9:30a.m.-6:30p.m.
Aurora Town Hall

This is the time when you may ask questions or voice objection to the assessed value of your property, the basis upon which your taxes are charged.
An assessor from Action Appraisers & Consultants Inc. will be available at the Aurora Town Hall during the scheduled Open Book review.  If you cannot attend Open Book on the scheduled day, you may call the assessor any time after receiving your assessment notice through September 18, 2025, during their regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Objections should be brought at least three business days prior to Board of Review to conduct your Open Book meeting.  Board of Review is scheduled on September 23, 2025, at the Aurora Town Hall, W2319 State Rd 21, from 6-8:00 p.m.
