OPEN BOOK REVIEW

** Postponed **

Open Book Review is the time when you may ask any questions or voice concern about the assessed value of your real estate property and the taxes you are charged.

The 2025 Open Book Review and Board of Review are being postponed this year because the State of WI requires a total property revaluation to be completed for the Town of Aurora.

Action Appraisers & Consultants, Inc. is currently conducting that revaluation, and you may see them around the neighborhood this spring and summer viewing property and homes.  Their revaluation is expected to be completed by August 2025.

Once they have completed their revaluation, you will be given an opportunity to view your reassessed property value.

Check back here at a later date for more information, progress updates, and future notifications when the Open Book Review and Board of Review are scheduled.

Thank you for your patience!
